Here’s looking forward to another fine day out exploring secret places in the Brecon Beacons…

The valley of the Nant Crew is rarely visited and is gorgeous. It’s a ‘secret place’ that is deserving of a day walk of it’s own. So this will be a walk for much of the day that has us ambling up stream and exploring the small waterfalls and pools along the way.

The highlight is a visit to the pictured pool, deep enough for swimming and usually full of fishes that approach you and suck on your toes. 

This will be a fun and memorable day out and well worth being in our Wonderful Wednesdays programme.

We'll meet in the small lay-by just north of the Nant Ddu and adjacent to the Nant Crew  Bridge.
