Join Andy for an exploration of Pen y Fan bar none!

You’re in experienced hands, Andy having walked alone across most of the UK’s wilds spaces and further afield too.

We will start the day a little north orf Storey Arms OEC and wander to Pont ar Daf Car Park where we will then take the road less travelled and avoiding all else on the hill will walk up the river to the source of the Taff. It’s then up and onto the summits of Corn Du and Pen y Fan before taking a direct route to the valley floor, likely on our bums and to much hilarity, and to the gorgeous Llyn Cwm Llwch. Then it’s some storey telling and contemplation a Tommy Jones Memorial before taking in the third peak of the day, Y Gyrn and our descdent to the start point.

We’ll see very few apart from on the tops and you’ll have a better understanding of the nature and shape of the highest mountain in Southern Britain!
