I don’t usually promote other business’ but this story has to be told…

Vistaprint are amazing!

Now, whatever the environmental issues, whatever the impact upon local small business, there is something very much amazing about Vistaprint. I know not their footprint but I do know all about their customer service levels and this is just about the very best that I have EVER recieved.

Take my complaint to that awful company ‘Muckboot’, a company I used to recommend and whose wellies were often seen at the bottom of my legs on short and long walks alike. Their new design just doesn’t work. After very many years of being a user and supporter they changed something and now the heal is painfull and and it fails after about 6 months of ownership, letting water in, not something useful in a wellie and certainly not in a wellie that costs circa £100! So I complain. And Muckboot refuse any assistance, any repair, any engagement. Well, they’ll never get another penny from me and they’ll get a regular public dissing.

In stark contrast, Vistaprint, every time sommething has not been quite right, have immediately and without question given a refund or credit. It’s stunning in that a company that is internet based and therefore likely to be impersonal behaves in such a personal manner. Immediate customer care request responses and never a argument, always conciliatory. This makes for a zero stress experience when dealing with them. And it’s that zero stress that keeps me going back.

Anyways, I just thought I’d give credit where credit is due 🙂
