THE MONDAY MOAN – A once a week spot for us to moan about the stuff that perhaps we should all be moaning about that…
So remember, you can’t book here, you can’t register here. Here is for information only. Each event listed here has a link out at the top of it’s description to it’s equivalent at the Wales Outdoors booking area. There you can read a full description and see the location and make your booking.
EVERY ad will receive promotion via a blog post similar to this, will be available to view through the android app and will be promoted to both the meetup membership and the Facebook page, reaching up to 20,000 people who have expressed a keen interest in walking!
No work started on footpath repairs at Pontneddfechan despite the damage occurring prior to lockdown. The main path from Pontneddfechan remains closed.
We’ll let you know when the app is live and will push out links to it’s download page and we do hope that a good few of you take the opportunity to engage with us in a safe and friendly environment before and after getting out on the hill with us 🙂

Let’s deal with todays news point by disappointing point… but first let’s highlight something that is reported on the BBC News pages that might blow your mind and is something that I’ve been shouting about since day 1… The Welsh Government has been advised that the virus survives “only for minutes outside but for hours on indoor surfaces”.
Wales Outdoors will not give refunds for a place or places on any scheduled walks. We hope you understand and that you support the viability of a small local business.
Andrew got in touch to share his recent blog post highlighting his personal choice of ‘best photos’ from his trips to Wales in 2019.
