Returns

Many of our products are priced to be picked up from us on a hike, such as the kit hire. Other products are heavily discounted and postage free, so, unfortunately, we are not able to accept general returns of products. Please bear this in mind when purchasing.

If a product is damaged in the mail, then the insurance will cover this, and we can then accept the return of an item, but we would need full details of the condition in which it arrived, at least one photo, and a description of how the product is damaged.
